Hello! My name is Dean and I am a screenwriter based in south England. I am currently studying a master’s degree in screenwriting, and when I graduate I hope to find roles in freelance writing. I have experience in writing a number of shorts focusing on social topics such as global warming, capitalism, abuse of power and war.
My feature screenplay titled ‘Mirrored Marks’ was written in early 2025 and focuses on Spencer Charnas, a British detective who goes undercover as the client of a dominatrix to uncover the truth behind his estranged brother’s death.
I am currently working on my second feature script, more information available in Q2 of 2026.
In 2025 I graduated from my BA from Bournemouth University in Film, with First Class Honours.
